Cut Broccoli, mince garlic, toss in onion optional Drizzle or toss in maybe a teaspoon, tops, olive oil put onto cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. I’m so,so satisfied eating this. If you like to eat quantitively, without restriction, Dukan is for you.
