Partner Ab Exercise: Twist


Tone your abs & core doing this partner exercise. Use a light weight or exercise ball (8lb or less). Stand back to back. Bring your arms shoulder height, and without moving your legs, SLOWLY hand off the ball to your partner, KEEPING YOUR HIPS STILL. Have fun challenging your partner to reach for it; be be nice, they can play back. haha
