EAT MORE & LOSE MORE WEIGHT
Counting Calories DOES NOT WORK. Exercising to burn off calories does NOT work, and does not promote weight loss maintenance. This is ONE dinner: Salad with yogurt and balsamic dressing (Just mix two or three tablespoons non fat yogurt w/tablesoon or so balsamic).
Start w/ bed of greens, choice of cold vegie (I used cucumber, cherry tomatoes). THEN, on stove top in non-stick pan: Smidge of water to sear/cook/saute: zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red pepper (or whatever vegy you want). Put cooked vegies on top of salad, add protein. I used leftover grilled salmon. This is approved for the Dukan Diet "Cruise" PV day. Or, listen to me, ANY day for weight maintenance and life long management of your true body weight.
