Partner Ab Exercise: Twist


Tone your abs & core doing this partner exercise. Use a light weight or exercise ball (8lb or less). Stand back to back. Bring your arms shoulder height, and without moving your legs, SLOWLY hand off the ball to your partner, KEEPING YOUR HIPS STILL. Have fun challenging your partner to reach for it; be be nice, they can play back. haha

Dr. Dukan's latest book, updated for America, is available. I tried this and was amazed how well it worked (I had 5 stubborn lbs I wanted to lose of FAT..forever). I didn't just get a temporary loss in belly from starvation, like many. This was true fat loss, all over my body. Granted it was "just" 5 lbs, but it mattered. Many of my clients have lost from 5 to 30 and love the maintenance phase, for FOREVER MAINTENANCE. That's where most programs fail you. This one is for life.. to keep it off. Love it.
